Were looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Clinical Governance team at CHEC. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that patient feedback and engagement directly influence the way we deliver safe, high-quality services. Youll be responsible for processing Clinical Governance data, producing reports, and supporting the organisations patient experience strategy. A key part of the role will be to develop innovative and inclusive ways to capture feedback, ensuring that patients, carers, and the public are involved in shaping our services. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the patient journey, working across our hospital sites and collaborating with colleagues, service users, and external partners to embed patient voices into everything we do.Main duties of the jobCollect, collate, and analyse Clinical Governance data to produce clear, accurate, and meaningful reports. Support patient engagement activities, including real-time feedback, audits, and the 15 Steps Patient Challenge. Identify and overcome barriers to patient and carer involvement. Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners, ensuring timely feedback and recommendations. Provide administrative support to the Clinical Governance team, contributing to reports for the Clinical Governance Steering Group. Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive working environment.
