- Collect, collate, and analyse Clinical Governance data to produce clear, accurate, and meaningful reports.
- Support patient engagement activities, including real-time feedback, audits, and the 15 Steps Patient Challenge.
- Identify and overcome barriers to patient and carer involvement.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners, ensuring timely feedback and recommendations.
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Governance team, contributing to reports for the Clinical Governance Steering Group.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive working environment.
- Act as an ambassador for CHEC, upholding our values of Caring, Passion, Togetherness, Listening, and Focus.
