Rate: Competitive (DOE)
Start Date: Monday 19th August 2025
Duration: 4 days (until Thursday 22nd August)We are working with a well-regarded law firm in Staffordshire seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to provide short-term cover during a period of annual leave.The Role:
  • Start date: Monday 19th August
  • End date: Thursday 22nd August
  • Office-based role with no remote working
  • Managing a live caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant work
  • Ensuring continuity and smooth running of the department during the fee earner's absence
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with strong experience in commercial property
  • Able to manage files independently and hit the ground running
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Must be available for the full 4-day assignment
