Job DescriptionCOMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER - LOCUM, STAFFORDSHIRE, COMPETITIVE SALARY. An experienced locum is sought to support a well regarded firm from 19th to 22nd August, covering a period of annual leave. JOB REF: 0794
  • The role is office based, running from 19th August to 22nd August.
  • Responsibilities include managing a live caseload of commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord & tenant work, while ensuring departmental continuity and smooth operations during the fee earner's absence.
  • The firm are seeking a qualified solicitor or legal executive with strong commercial property experience and the ability to manage files independently and hit the ground running.
  • The appointed lawyer will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be available for the full 4-day assignment.
