With ambitious plans for growth and a reputation for excellence, we’re looking for someone who can inspire teams, drive quality, and make a real difference to the lives of our residents.What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading a team of passionate Regional Managers, backed by central support teams.
  • Championing outstanding care and enriched lives for every resident.
  • Driving performance across quality, compliance, and commercial KPIs.
  • Building strong relationships with local authorities and commissioners.
  • Supporting recruitment, training, and motivation of our amazing care teams.
  • Ensuring our homes are places where people thrive – residents and staff alike.
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven leadership experience in the care home sector.
  • Strategic thinking with commercial flair.
  • A people-first mindset – balancing care, compliance, and culture.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • A full, valid UK driver’s licence (you’ll be out and about!).
