- Lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance in line with IFRS and local standards
- Oversee payroll, tax, treasury, and risk management functions
- Drive performance improvement through business control and strategic planning
- Support M&A activity, including financial due diligence and integration
- Foster a high-performing finance team and promote continuous improvement
- Collaborate with international finance leaders across Europe and LatAm
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CCAB)
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within healthcare but other sectors considered.
- Strong background in accounting, tax, treasury, and business control
- Experience working in international environments and reporting to global HQs
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g. Power BI, Kinetic, Aaro)
- Commercially driven, adaptable, and a strategic thinker
