  • Handle lots of inbound calls from customers, ensuring each call is managed with care and efficiency. 📞
  • Take detailed messages and add them to the system accurately. 📝
  • Liaise effectively with various teams to address customer needs, whether it's booking an engineer or responding to fire alarm queries (even when there's no fire!). 🔧🚨
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanour, even during high-pressure situations. 💪
Who You Are:
  • A proactive communicator with excellent listening skills. 🗣️
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively, especially during busy periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where every call counts.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, ensuring all information is captured accurately.
