  • Experienced - with at least 3 years in IT project management and business analysis
  • Organised and delivery-focused - able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Methodical - confident working within structured project frameworks and methodologies
  • Insightful - able to gather and analyse requirements, and shape solutions that deliver real value
  • A strong communicator - comfortable working across different teams, levels, and locations
  • Detail-oriented - with excellent documentation, reporting, and planning skills
  • Flexible and mobile - able to travel across the UK and Europe as required
  • Based near Malton, North Yorkshire, and hold a full UK driving licence
