  • An amazing opportunity to join Peter Street Kitchen as a Floor Manager.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Restaurant and bar operation.
  • Achieve the revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant.
  • As Floor Manager, your role will involve coaching and developing the team.
  • You will direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
  • Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service levels.
