- Degree Level Nursing Qualification
- Recognised NMC Teaching and Assessing Qualification or equivalent
- Working towards degree/ masters in relevant area
- Suitable Post-Registration clinical experience
- Current band 6 experience
- Knowledge of nurse education and clinical practice.
- Evidence of the development and delivery of education/training programmes.
- Evidence of innovations and achievements in clinical practice.
- Evidence of continued professional development
- Experience at Band 7 Level
- Previous experience of education/ practice development.
- Teaching /assessment skills
- Effective communicator
- Leadership & motivation skills
- Computer literate
