We're looking for a Reservations Agent to join the front-line team of this exceptional property.You'll be the voice at the end of the phone and the warm, professional presence behind every email - helping guests tailor their stay with flair and confidence.As a Reservations Agent you will:
Have previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment
Be a natural communicator with excellent written and spoken English
Thrive on delivering five-star service behind the scenes - calm under pressure, warm in tone, and precise in execution
Be confident using booking systems and handling detailed guest requirements
