- Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and high tea.
- Manage kitchen operations including stock control, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the Events and Front of House teams to support weddings, conferences, and private functions.
- Innovate seasonal menus with options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests.
- Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and creative menu development.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen compliance.
