1. Collaborate with project teams to assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects.
2. Assist in the development and review of project plans, specifications, and engineering drawings.
3. Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
4. Conduct regular site inspections, quality control checks, and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
5. Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal team members.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.Qualifications:
1. Ideally have a degree.
2. Proven experience as a Package Manager with a focus on internal fit out projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of managing multiple fit out trades
4. Familiarity with construction regulations, permitting processes, and safety standards.
5. Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management software.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to adapt to evolving project scopes and timelines.
