Bouygues Travaux Publics is committed to diversity and is open to all talents.As part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), we are recruiting a Package Manager to join our growing team supporting the delivery of Sizewell C - a nationally significant low-carbon power station that will generate clean, reliable electricity for around 6 million homes for the next 60 years.This role will sit within the Marine and Tunnelling function, overseeing a critical section of works within the Civils Programme. You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of your package - from pre-construction through to commissioning- working closely with internal teams, supply chain partners, and key stakeholders to ensure the programme stays on track across safety, schedule, cost and quality.Key Responsibilities:Define and deliver a clearly scoped package of works, managing interfaces across the wider projectLead the development and implementation of execution strategies aligned with the overall programmeSecure and manage internal and external resources, ensuring all personnel are competent (SQEP) and supportedDrive performance across your package, ensuring delivery is to schedule, within budget and to required standardsMonitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary to ensure successful deliveryMaintain Level 3 schedules aligned with overarching programme timelinesOversee the review of contractor applications and ensure commercial compliancePromote a culture of continuous improvement, lessons learned, and effective stakeholder communicationEnsure all contract obligations and deliverables are metInterface effectively with other teams to ensure an integrated approach across the projectWhat You'll Bring:Proven experience delivering complex engineering or infrastructure packages in a highly regulated environment - ideally in nuclear, marine, tunnelling, or large-scale civilsStrong background in procurement, contract management (preferably NEC), cost control, schedule management, and commercial close-outDemonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage contractors, consultants and stakeholders effectivelyExcellent communication, influencing and organisational skillsSound judgement in risk management, change management, and problem-solvingRelevant engineering qualifications and project delivery experience within a safety-critical environmentBased between Suffolk and London, this position offers real challenge, real responsibility, and real impact.If you're ready to lead with purpose and deliver with integrity, we'd love to hear from you!Click the link to apply and be part of building the future with us.
