- Collaborate across the marketing team and with key agency partners and freelancers to ensure the successful briefing, development and delivery of high-quality marketing assets in a variety of formats, including video.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency of the Elliptic brand and visual identity across all channels, developing and communicating key documentation, guidance and templates to support as required.
- Play a key role in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, owning the visual identity and ensuring the successful delivery of key assets, including thought leadership reports.
- Support in driving brand awareness within target audiences through the continuous optimisation of always-on activity, working cross-functionally to develop evergreen content.
- Identify, test and implement new tools and technology including AI, to improve effectiveness, increase output, and deliver high-quality campaign experiences.
- Enable the team through the development of self-serve templates, providing ongoing training and resources, and utilising internal channels to drive advocacy and maintain brand consistency.

- Experience working cross-functionally to deliver high-performing creative assets in a variety of formats
- Considerable experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and an understanding of wider marketing tools and platforms such as Hubspot, YouTube and Canva
- Experience of understanding personas and industries in enough depth to deliver creative that resonates and engages
- A good understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and events, and an interest in the B2B buyer journey
- Experience in web design including UX/UI
- Previous experience or knowledge of the crypto space or regulated sector
