The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of customer-focused business solutions to help guide their clients digital transformations.Roles and Responsibilities:*Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions, including migrations and integration's using Azure services.
*Conduct workshops to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices.
*Guide delivery teams in customization, development, and deployment while ensuring performance optimization and documentation.
*Mentor team members, support pre-sales demos, and stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem advancements.Skills and Qualifications:*8+ years of CRM experience, with proven Solution Architect involvement in multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE projects.
*Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot Studio) and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
*Solid background in .NET, APIs, data modeling, security configuration, and system integrations, with experience in scalable CRM architectures.
*Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and pre-sales advisory skills, coupled with a proactive and collaborative mindset.Benefits
