Start: ImmediateOur client, a respected architecture practice, is looking for an experienced Technical Architect to join their team on a short-term contract. You will be working on an exciting project converting a community centre into a theatre, producing a range of technical drawings and documentation using Vectorworks. The role is based in a nice office in East London.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for the conversion project.
- Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance and design integrity.
- Participate in design reviews and help solve technical challenges.
- Qualified Architect or experienced architectural technician with strong technical skills.
- Proficient in Vectorworks, with experience producing detailed construction drawings.
- Available to start immediately and committed to a minimum 3-month contract.
