- Deliver exceptional candidates into roles across AI, robotics, and automation
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification to placement
- Engage passive talent through proactive sourcing and networking
- Work on technically complex and hard-to-fill vacancies
- Maintain accurate records and work towards delivery targets
- Previous experience in tech recruitment or delivery
- Strong understanding of technical hiring, ideally within emerging tech sectors
- Driven, detail-oriented, and confident communicator
- Able to manage multiple roles and priorities at pace
- Collaborative and motivated by results
- Competitive base salary up to £40,000 per annum
