Resourcer/Delivery Consultant - Construction

- Conducting candidate searches using various recruitment tools and platforms
- Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills and experience
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs
- Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates
- Providing administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
- Experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software
- Hybrid working
- Commission up to 30%
