- Prepare and deliver accurate, detailed, and competitive tenders and budgets.
- Lead the estimating team, ensuring all enquiries and tenders are tracked, acknowledged, and delivered on time.
- Work with the New Business Manager and Divisional Director to propose tendering strategies.
- Attend weekly tender meetings and support PQQ submissions.
- Build and maintain strong client and consultant relationships, promoting repeat business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities alongside the New Business Manager.
- Coordinate with the Commercial and Operational teams during tendering and contract negotiations.
- Review tender documents, risks, and engineering options to ensure robust submissions.
- Oversee handover of secured projects to operational and commercial teams.
- Proven experience as an Estimator within the civil engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of pricing civil works and preparing detailed tenders.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Capable of identifying innovative and value-engineered solutions
