Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience (LLW for those in London)

- Process invoices, expenses, and payments with precision
- Support bank reconciliations and Pleo card management
- Assist with payroll processing and financial record-keeping
- Help prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Maintain accurate records and support audit processes
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Team and wider team
- Collaborate across departments to streamline processes
- Become a trusted partner to programme delivery teams
- Strong numeracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Studying (or willing to study) AAT/ACCA/CIMA apprenticeship - Level 2 qualification moving into the Level 3
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of Pleo/expense management systems
