
Reporting Analyst - Part Time - 21 hours per week

- Build and maintain complaint and review performance dashboards across the business
- Report and manage performance of our review platforms to assess any trends or issues
- Deliver data-led recommendations that influence marketing strategy and stakeholder decisions.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, onboarding, and practice areas to identify optimisation opportunities
- Integrate insights across platforms to assess overall firm complaints performance against competitors
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
- Effectively manage own time, work load, diary and administration to ensure no work is left unfinished
- Accurate data logging on the Complaints registers, call out any potential risks or themes
- Lead improvements in data reporting, accuracy, and efficiency but also projects
- Stay informed on digital trends, tools, and relevant legal sector regulations
- Act as the main point of contact for review platform issues
- Assist in the renewal of review platform contracts and in the implementation of various reviews projects
- Management of the booking tool and its Power BI reporting
- Hands-on experience in digital analytics and reporting
- Strong experience in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and proficient in managing review platforms like TrustPilot
- Skilled in creating Power BI dashboards and preparing Board level presentations based on reporting
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn data into strategic action
- Commercial awareness with a focus on identifying risks and growth opportunities
