- Contribute to the evolution of our cloud and on-premise reporting architecture, working closely with data engineers, tech teams, and subject matter experts to enhance our data assets.
- Help define and refine standards, techniques, and tools for reporting and visualisation, supporting consistency and excellence across the data function.
- Champion the adoption of self-service dashboards and analytics, actively engaging stakeholders to boost data literacy and empower smarter decision-making.
- Clear, actionable insights and visualisations that support a data-informed culture across the business.

- Proven experience in a reporting and insights role, delivering value-led outcomes and driving adoption of self-service analytics.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud and on-premise reporting tools, with a track record of contributing to data asset development.
- Expertise in Power BI (essential), plus familiarity with tools like SSRS, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong SQL skills (essential), with Python experience a plus.
- Experience using data production tools such as SQL Server Management Studio or Databricks.
- Ability to coach and mentor users in adopting new reporting solutions.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and managing stakeholder expectations from discovery to delivery.
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with an 80/20 approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills—you can translate complex data into compelling visual stories.
- Agile delivery capabilities within both traditional and modern project frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modelling.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a data insights role with a proven track record of delivering transformational reporting solutions.
- Strong grasp of data integration and engineering principles.
- High proficiency in Power BI and SQL; working knowledge of Python or similar data languages.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
