- Coordinating and resolving complex enquiries and casework independently.
- Acting as the main point of contact for CHS team's shared mailbox and internal engagement platform, monitoring activity to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Managing the diaries of senior colleagues and coordinating a range of internal and external meetings, activities and events. Including booking venues and speakers.
- Analysing and evaluating specialised information and data, identifying areas for further investigation
- Contributing insight to the development of new or revised policies and systems.
- Excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication and influencing abilities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- The ability to evaluate and improve systems and processes.
