
HR-Benefits Coordinator

- Provide day-to-day support for benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, wellness, life insurance, disability, FSA, and 401(k).
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, enrollment support, and open enrollment.
- Maintain data accuracy in ADP Workforce Now and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate all leave of absence requests and related documentation; communicate with employees, providers, and insurance carriers.
- Interpret and apply FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave policies.
- Manage the HR/Benefits inbox and resolve inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Partner with departments on employee engagement and culture initiatives, such as communications, recognition, and events.
- Generate and analyze HR reports on staffing, turnover, and related metrics.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze findings, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain the Benefits Process Manual and update procedures as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and 3-5 years of benefits administration experience.
- Must have excellent organization and interpersonal skills; practical oral and written communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize work; working knowledge of benefit policies and procedures.
- Ability to build strong relationships. Regularly interfaces with internal and external customers on all levels.
- High professional standards to hold confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, “can do” attitude and high energy.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office software and ADP Workforce Now.
