- Manage and support a network of 20 dealer sites across Scotland and the North West of England
- Build strong relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders
- Provide hands-on, consultative support to drive sales performance and operational consistency
- Identify performance gaps and implement tailored solutions to boost results
- Develop and deliver sales targets, incentives, and campaign initiatives
- Analyse dealer performance data and provide actionable insights
- Support retailers in adapting to new B2C sales processes and strategies
- Conduct site visits (approx. 3 per week) based on priority and business needs
- Represent the brand professionally, ensuring alignment with its values and standards
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to share insights and best practices
- This is a fixed-term contract role until March 31st, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
- Proven experience in automotive retail, OEM, or dealer network management
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and operational improvements
- Excellent consultative and relationship-building skills with dealer networks
- Ability to analyse performance data and develop targeted action plans
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites with effective time management
- Willingness to travel regularly across Scotland and Northern England
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in managing and supporting multi-site operations or dealer networks
