
Contracts Manager - Sprinkler Systems

- Manage multiple sprinkler projects from pre-start to handover
- Ensure full compliance with LPS 1048, ISO 9001, and all statutory requirements
- Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality installations
- Work closely with Commercial and QS teams to manage budgets and variations
- Act as main client contact, leading site meetings and progress reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including ITPs and O&M manuals
- Drive continuous improvement across operational delivery
- Proven experience managing sprinkler installation projects
- Strong understanding of sprinkler systems, LPCB standards (LPS 1048), and relevant building regulations
- Experience managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance on all works
- Solid commercial awareness, with experience working alongside Quantity Surveyors to control costs, manage variations, and protect margins
- Full UK driving licence
- Formal qualifications in mechanical building services, fire protection, or construction management (e.g. HNC/HND, NVQ Level 4+)
- LPCB Competent Person accreditation or similar sprinkler-specific certifications
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health & safety qualification
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems and supporting audits
