🕐 Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid (1 WFH day/week after probation)Are you a confident negotiator with a passion for sourcing quality products and building strong supplier relationships? We’re looking for an experienced and commercially astute Buyer to join our growing procurement team in Reigate.Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you’ll be working in a fast-paced international environment, sourcing products from global suppliers and ensuring we meet customer expectations on quality, price, and delivery.Key Responsibilities:Source and evaluate products that meet customer specificationsNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedulesEnsure compliance with ethical sourcing standardsCoordinate with logistics and quality control to ensure smooth imports and on-time deliveryManage tenders and provide accurate pricing and product data to internal teamsProcess purchase orders and maintain full documentation complianceCollaborate with Demand Planning and Operations to meet stock and delivery targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with new and existing suppliersDevelop a deep understanding of customer brands and their needsWhat We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a buying or procurement role (food/FMCG preferred)Strong negotiation and influencing skillsHighly organised with excellent time managementPositive, problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitudeKnowledge of international shipping and customs (advantageous)Strong IT and Excel skillsFrench or Spanish language skills (advantageous but not essential)What We Offer:Competitive salaryDiscretionary bonus + EOT bonus5% matched pension contributionsPrivate healthcare and life cover
