We are seeking an experienced and organised Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations within the property sector. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring smooth workflows and efficient management. This will include facilities management, recruitment, HR and IT.As the Operations Manager, you will:
  • Coordinate and manage daily operations to ensure seamless business processes.
  • Oversee staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate facilities and maintenance issues
  • Manage the Centre Managers and facilities department
  • Coordinate IT issues with the IT Manager
  • Implement HR procedures and keep up to date with new legislation
  • Monitor operational performance and suggest improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure objectives are met within deadlines.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Address and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.

They're going through considerable growth by opening 2 new sites this year to add to their already extensive portfolio.You will be rewarded with an hourly rate of £35p/h and after a few months, a permanent opportunity. This role could grow into an MD or Chief of Staff.
