- Proven experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, ideally in lab equipment or water technology sectors.
- Scientific degree (BSc or higher)
- Strong international sales acumen and experience working across diverse markets.
- A track record of building high-performing sales teams and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Commercial agility and a strong understanding of market positioning, KPIs, and contract management.
- Ability travel internationally up to 50%
