
Commercial Director MEA & CEE Partnerships

- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions for MEA and CEE partner markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Conduct bi-annual profitability reviews to identify EBITDA improvement opportunities in partner markets.
- Manage partner market purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery by the supply chain team.
- Develop annual budgets and 5-year forecasts with input from MEA and CEE partners.
- Achieve revenue and operational expenditure (OPEX) targets for MEA and CEE partner markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partner management, medical, and finance teams.
- Oversee marketing initiatives in partner markets, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with product teams to support successful product launches and build networks for medical advocacy and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal requirements in all commercial activities.
- Contribute to due diligence assessments and manage the integration of new assets with partners in MEA and CEE.
- Maintain GxP compliance by adhering to standard operating procedures and approved documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
- Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in partner management, sales, marketing, market access, or business development.
- Proven ability to manage high-performance partnerships and deliver results.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics, including regulatory environments, healthcare systems, and payer landscapes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions using data-driven insights.
