- Provide personal care and support to individuals with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of individuals.
- Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in health condition.
- Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage in social activities.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the care environment.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with other care staff and family members.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Previous experience in a care or support role of 3-6 month.
- A caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to undergo relevant training and development.
- An enhanced Access Ni check will be required (company will support this).
- Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines in a care setting.
- NISCC registration or willingness to apply.
- CPI Intervention advanced level 4 (agency can provide training)
