The IT Service Desk Admin Assistant is responsible for carrying out administrative activities as required to assist the IT Service Desk. This includes responding to customer information requests, resetting Active Directory passwords, creating, managing and maintaining NHS Mail webmail accounts, arranging engineer visits to customers, and arranging IT equipment delivery.
