- Process payroll data accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with payroll deadlines.
- Complete control input checks and validate data integrity.
- Administer and manually input hourly timesheets.
- Input starters, leavers, and changes into the payroll system via T&A.
- Record additional hours and absence data for hourly employees.
- Support the Payroll Delivery Manager with ad hoc tasks, particularly during peak periods.
- Deliver a high-quality payroll customer service experience to employees and business stakeholders.
- Ensure seasonal adjustments and changes to terms and conditions (including AfC) are processed correctly.
- Provide support in responding to payroll queries from both employees and the wider business.
- Passionate about delivering first-class, professional customer service.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident in handling and working with data; IT proficient, including Excel and Outlook.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a strong team-player mindset.
- Understanding of data privacy and commitment to handling sensitive information securely.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
