💼 Reports to: Support Services ManagerAbout the RoleWe're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support facility management operations under the JLL contract. This role is key to ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement and service delivery, while maintaining compliance and strong subcontractor relationships.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate procurement for planned maintenance services.
  • Manage supplier relationships and monitor subcontractor performance.
  • Track purchase orders and ensure alignment with cost books and PPM planners.
  • Ensure Avetta compliance and maintain green status with subcontractors.
  • Support contract renewals and gather costs for smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage the approved subcontractor list.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and drive service improvements.
  • Resolve supply chain issues and delays with vendors and internal teams.
  • Manage the team inbox and ensure timely responses.
  • Track and negotiate costs for additional services added to contracts.
  • Review subcontractor lines and monitor spend in line with contract reviews.
  • Generate reports on supply usage, vendor performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage subcontractor onboarding.
  • Ensure 100% completion of eLearning requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in supply chain management and subcontractor negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Awareness of compliance, service level agreements, and contract management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence decisions using data.
