- Keep records and files up to date
- Support the team with admin and compliance checks
- Help prepare documents for meetings
- Previous experience in a property, lettings, or administrative support role (preferred)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, practical, and team-focused approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
