What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Managing client accounts for residential lettings
  • Posting receipts from tenants and landlords
  • Handling deposit returns and refund requests
  • Making payments to landlords and contractors
  • Liaising with property managers and other departments
  • Ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous experience in residential property management accounts
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong accounting and administrative abilities
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with lettings processes and notices is a plus
