You'll support entity-level risk management by conducting operational risk assessments, producing insights into capital and liquidity risks, and contributing to essential regulatory and internal risk reporting.Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering operational risk assessments and risk-based scenario analysis.
  • Drafting dividend assessments and supporting capital and liquidity risk reviews.
  • Developing sections of key regulatory reports including ORSA, ICARA, and Recovery & Wind-Down plans.
  • Providing risk oversight for major financial proposals and strategic projects.
  • Advising the Finance Directorate on risk frameworks, RCSAs, and model risk.
Who we're looking for:We are seeking someone with a strong grasp of financial and prudential risks who thrives on translating complex issues into meaningful risk insights. You'll enjoy partnering with the business, demonstrating curiosity, precision, and an ability to influence senior stakeholders.Skills & ExperienceEssential:
  • Significant experience in a financial or risk role within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and control processes.
  • Experience with capital, liquidity, and prudential risk concepts.
  • Experience with ORSA/ICARA frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
