
Risk Systems and Platforms Officer

- Enhance and support the development of Risk and Compliance systems and platforms, to streamline risk processes.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Risk and Compliance systems and platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate on the design and development of systems within the Risk Function, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Explore emerging technologies such as AI and intelligent automation within the risk ecosystem.
- Help maintain oversight of risk systems and platforms and associated budgets, contracts, and change pipelines.
- Manage system change requests and upgrades within systems and platform coordinating stakeholders, testing, release planning, and post-implementation support.
- Champion improvements in risk data quality, structure, and visualisation to support better decision-making.
- Proven experience in developing systems, data management, and reporting in a risk and compliance context.
- Strong knowledge of non-financial risk management, ideally within wealth management, asset management, banking or similar financial services.
- Understanding of risk frameworks and control processes.
- A digital-first and automation-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across business functions including Legal, Compliance, and Audit.
- Experience with AI use case development or working with AI in risk contexts.
- Exposure to GRC tools, workflow platforms, or custom-built risk solutions.
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
