- Build trust and rapport with clients through meaningful engagement, including MS Teams calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Support clients in driving digital transformation by understanding their business needs and identifying areas where Tracker can add value.
- Act as the first point of contact for Tracker clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries to improve overall service delivery.
- Collaborate with wider RSM teams to deliver integrated support and contribute to broader client success strategies.
- An exceptional communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly and tailor messaging to different audiences, including demonstrating software solutions effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and prioritise solving client challenges.
- Resilience and drive to achieve results, staying motivated through challenges and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
