- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant work
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met
- Actively contribute to business development activities and help grow the real estate practice
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and contribute to the overall knowledge-sharing culture within the firm
- Attending networking events and business development meetings
- Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the real estate practice
- Qualified solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE in commercial property/real estate
- Strong technical expertise in commercial property law, with a focus on acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex transactions efficiently
- Adept at building and maintaining strong client relationships
