
Real Estate Senior Associate or Managing Associate - Bristol

- Due to continued growth, our client are seeking a Senior Associate or Managing Associate with strong real estate experience (ideally including telecoms code agreements). This role is suited to someone with 4+ PQE gained in a respected commercial real estate practice, who is ambitious, client-focused and keen to play a key part in a thriving, entrepreneurial team.
- Advising on a wide range of real estate transactions across development, regeneration, investment and sector-specific projects
- Managing complex, high value matters with autonomy while working collaboratively with colleagues across the national team
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development activity
- Delivering commercially focused, solutions-driven advice to both private and public sector clients
- 4+ PQE in commercial real estate (seniority of role flexible to experience)
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of client drivers
- Track record of managing transactions and running matters efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated, approachable and keen to contribute to team growth
- High-quality work with leading clients across diverse sectors
