Still relatively young yet highly successful, they pride themselves for being ahead of their competitors and providing their guests with a unique dining experience.The group is expanding with plans to open further restaurants across the UK and overseas.They are looking for a Deputy General Manager to support their high-volume fresh food concept with a focus on amazing service, a great atmosphere, stunningly presented innovative food and a fantastic customer experience. They have a reputation for running great operations with a vibrant atmosphere that keeps customers coming back time and time again, their restaurants are definitely the places to be seen.The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a strong Deputy General Manager, within a high-quality fresh food operation. We are looking for a real host who is vivacious and outgoing, someone who loves the industry and can lead a large team and provide the highest standards of food and service across a large operation with an outstanding reputation.What are we looking for:
  • Experience of managing a large, high volume quality restaurant operation
  • Experience of managing a large team
  • Strong front of house skills. We are looking for someone who is brilliant with guests and is committed to ensuring the highest levels of service.
  • Ability to manage & motivate a team whilst working under pressure.
  • Experience and commitment to provide the highest standards of customer service - touching tables and ensuring guests return time and time again.
  • The ability to train, motivate, inspire and develop a large team to provide the highest standards of customer care.
  • Demonstrate a desire to push boundaries, learn new skills and contribute to the business’ evolution
Salary Package:The salary package for this great role is up to £52,000 plus bonus.
