- Experience working with young people, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A strong understanding of classroom management techniques.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

- Behaviour Management: Proven skills in maintaining order and fostering a respectful classroom.
- Supervise students in the absence of their regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and activities across various subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a constructive learning environment.
- Respond to student questions about process and procedures.
- Encourage students to remain on task and focused on their work.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils in your care.
- Collect completed work and return it to the appropriate teacher.
- Report back to the relevant staff on student behaviour and any issues that arise.
- Be a role model for students, upholding the school's values and ethos.
- Assist with other duties as required, such as exam invigilation or break-time supervision.
