- Capture, analyse, document and manage requirements for new services or changes to existing services focusing on delivering business outcomes.
- Assist in documenting both existing and new processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate both functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Conduct end-to-end process reviews and develop detailed process maps to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare artefacts such as Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements Documents; assist in preparing test plans and provide pre- and post-implementation support.
- Analyse data flows between systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) ensuring alignment with procurement workflows and reporting needs.
- Support the development of transformation initiatives including vendor onboarding and subcontractor performance tracking.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with subject matter experts to capture current and future state processes.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in transformation programmes, ideally within procurement or supply chain domains.
- Significant experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, stakeholder engagement and process modelling.
- Familiarity with procurement systems and data structures.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
- Experience working in large, matrixed organisations with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge and experience of formal analysis techniques such as RUP and UML.
- Understanding of applying Business Analysis techniques in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in various formats to different technical levels and audience types.
- Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting projects and demands.
