Paediatrician - ASD/ADHD Assessments | £250-£333 per assessment | Outside IR35 | Face-to-Face in Berkshire | Flexible WorkAre you a Paediatrician passionate about supporting children and families navigating neurodiversity?A leading provider of neurodevelopmental assessments is expanding their specialist team Berkshire and is looking for experienced clinicians to deliver high-quality ASD and ADHD assessments for children and young people aged 3-18.This is a flexible associate opportunity, with competitive pay per assessment and full support to focus on your clinical work-not admin.Why This Role Stands Out:? Impactful Clinical Work: Play a key role in helping children and young people receive timely and accurate neurodevelopmental diagnoses.? Outside IR35: Paid per assessment (£250-£333), invoiced to your limited company.? Flexible Schedule: Clinics available 7 days a week. Up to 4 face-to-face assessments per day between 9am and 5pm.? Admin Support: Dedicated team handles bookings, report formatting and quality control-freeing you to focus on care.? CPD & Supervision: Access to regular supervision and free CPD sessions, including further training in ADHD and neurodevelopmental assessment tools.? Values-Led Organisation: Join a service built on trust, kindness, commitment and integrity-with a team that shares your clinical values.The Role:Conduct comprehensive developmental histories for autism and ADHD assessments using established methods/tools.Observe and engage with children and adolescents in a compassionate, age-appropriate manner.Review ADOS, developmental history, and collateral information from home and school within the same session.Formulate a diagnosis and provide kind, clear feedback to families, along with recommendations and signposting.Collaborate with MDT colleagues and arrange follow-ups when further information is needed.Produce high-quality diagnostic reports (DSM-5-aligned) within 48 hours-admin support provided.Who We're Looking For:GMC-registered Paediatrician (CCT in Paediatrics preferred, but not essential).Confident in assessing ASD and/or ADHD in children and adolescents.Up to date with revalidation and appraisal.Able to travel to the Basingstoke clinic for face-to-face work.Committed to delivering child- and family-centred care to the highest standards.This is a great opportunity to combine flexibility, professional growth, and meaningful impact-while being well supported and fairly paid for your expertise.?
