Registered Manager - Supported Living Location: Reading Area Salary: Up to £37,000 (increasing to £40,000-£45,000 with service growth) Hours: 37.5 hours per week + on-call responsibilities Service Type: Learning Disability, ADHD & Autism - Young Adults We are seeking an ambitious and driven Registered Manager to lead and grow a supported living service for young adults with learning disabilities, ADHD, and autism in the Reading area. About the Role: The home is already acquired, and now we are looking for a strong leader to take it to the next level - focusing on growth, recruitment, compliance, and service quality.
