The Workshop Technician contributes to production excellence and service levels through focus and attention to detail, operational excellence and the use of workshop equipment.The Tiffany & Co. Workshop Technician will exhibit skills in the following competencies:

The Tiffany & Co. Workshop Technician will be accountable for the following Key Accountabilities:What You Will Do:
  • Support order flow and organise workshop orders, ensuring they're sent to the relevant department.
  • Perform final finish and cleaning tasks on various materials, identifying and addressing any defects.
  • Operate machine engraving equipment to customise products.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet our standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Service Excellence
  • Contribute to a level of quality that clients value and production that distinguishes Tiffany & Co. from the competition. Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
  • Adhere to standards as an integral part of various workshop servicing tasks to support efficient completion of orders.
  • Create quality in Tiffany & Co. products through delivering excellent workmanship at all times.
Teamwork, Collaboration and Communication
  • Contribute to the success of the department through developing and maintaining effective working relationships and strong communication within the immediate team and key business partners.
Efficiency and Productivity
  • Provide efficient and timely completion of assigned tasks, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Display adaptability in a multi-tasking environment to support workshop processes.
  • Consistently meet departmental KPIs.
Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Familiarity with workshop tools and equipment.
  • Must have authorization to work and remain in the UK.
