- Perform final finish and cleaning tasks on various materials, identifying and addressing any defects.
- Operate machine engraving equipment to customise products.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet our standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment.
- Contribute to a level of quality that clients value and production that distinguishes Tiffany & Co. from the competition. Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
- Adhere to standards as an integral part of various workshop servicing tasks to support efficient completion of orders.
- Create quality in Tiffany & Co. products through delivering excellent workmanship at all times.
- Contribute to the success of the department through developing and maintaining effective working relationships and strong communication within the immediate team and key business partners.
- Provide efficient and timely completion of assigned tasks, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Display adaptability in a multi-tasking environment to support workshop processes.
- Consistently meet departmental KPIs.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Familiarity with workshop tools and equipment.
- Must have authorization to work and remain in the UK.
