The Workshop Technician contributes to production excellence and service levels through focus and attention to detail, operational excellence and the use of workshop equipment.The Tiffany & Co. The Tiffany & Co. Workshop Technician will be accountable for the following Key Accountabilities:What You Will Do:
  • Support order flow and organise workshop orders, ensuring they're sent to the relevant department.
  • Perform final finish and cleaning tasks on various materials, identifying and addressing any defects.
  • Operate machine engraving equipment to customise products.
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet our standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Service Excellence
  • Contribute to a level of quality that clients value and production that distinguishes Tiffany & Co. from the competition. Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
  • Adhere to standards as an integral part of various workshop servicing tasks to support efficient completion of orders.

Required Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements
