A desire to work with young people and be part of a team is essential.This Learning support assistant role in Bracknell may include, but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
  • Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom.
  • Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions.
  • Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department.
  • Keeping track and recording pupil progress.
This Learning support assistant role will give you essential experience and training, working with children who need that extra support and care to progress.
