Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Bracknell - September StartAre you a recent graduate passionate about education and eager to make a real difference in the lives of young people?A thriving and inclusive school in Bracknell is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is considering a career in education, psychology, social work or youth mentoring and wants to gain hands-on experience working with children who need additional support in the classroom.The ideal candidate will be a confident, compassionate, and proactive graduate who can engage positively with students and support them in their learning and personal development. You'll be working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to provide tailored support to pupils.Key responsibilities for the Graduate Learning Support Assistant include:

Supporting positive behaviour and learning in the classroom
Helping pupils understand and follow the teacher's instructions
Working 1:1 with students or in small groups, either in the classroom or within the Learning Support department
Monitoring and recording pupils' progress and development

This role offers invaluable training and experience for graduates considering teacher training, educational psychology or other careers involving young people.Role details:
